Relax in the bright, open-concept living space featuring rustic wood accents, cozy furnishings, and a vintage wood stove for ambiance (no mess, just charm!).
Enjoy unlimited play on the vintage pinball machine and stream your favourite shows on the smart TV.
A four-person dining table is perfect for shared meals or card games.

Sleeping Accommodations (Sleeps 4-5):
With room for five adults (4 comfortably), the space will definitely become a favourite space for a romantic escape or a getaway from the routine and hum of life.
Details:
- Master Bedroom: King bed, reading lights, a reading ledge, wall-mounted tv, and room darkening curtains.
- Second Bedroom: Queen bed and room darkening curtains.
- Living Room: Sofa can accommodate a fifth guest if needed.

Expansive ranch-style front porch with multiple seating areas: bistro set, Acapulco chairs, dining table, and egg swing.
Backyard deck with string lights, dining area with umbrella, propane BBQ, Muskoka chair, and mature trees.
Fire pit area with complimentary bundle of wood, barn beam benches, and extra Muskoka chairs.
Two hammocks for lounging or watching the horses train.

A retro 3-piece bathroom stocked with full-size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash — so you can pack light.
Guest access
Self check-in with lockbox for your convenience. Guests have full access to the farmhouse, porches, and yard.
Please note: this is a working horse farm. You’re welcome to watch horses train or admire them from the fence line, but for everyone's safety:
- Do not enter paddocks, barns or buildings.
- Keep a minimum of 25 feet from the training track.
- Feeding horses is not permitted.
For those who’d like a closer connection, book a Meet & Greet with the horses (affordable add-on).
Other things to note
1 night stays considered upon request, based on availability, seasonally, and or for last minute bookings.
Please note that this farmhouse has rustic character, reflecting its 40-year history. It has been updated here and there over that time period. It has a rustic charm and a farm feel. Please do not book if you are expecting a newly renovated space.
Expect some normal farm activity, sounds, smells, and bugs like flies — this is part of the authentic country charm! Please keep the doors closed and minimal food on counters to minimize bugs and flies. Please do not book if you are not okay with the charm that comes with farm and country living.
In the fall — please avoid parking under the walnut tree as walnuts fall seasonally. This is also something to be aware of in general as they are on the ground when you are outside.
Extra day visitors or event guests must be added to your booking ($20/person).
