The space
Step into this beautiful ground-level condo with its radiant open floor plan that seamlessly melds all living areas into a harmonious whole. As your day winds down, luxuriate in a tranquil steam shower, unwind by the comforting warmth of the fireplace, and enjoy your favourite novel or an entertaining show on the large cable-equipped TV with comfortable seating.

Bedroom Three: Queen Bed & Bunk Bed (twin on top, double on the bottom).
Our cozy and well-appointed home features everything you need for a stress-free vacation with small kids as well . We provide a pack & play, so you can pack lighter.
Kitchen & BBQ
The gourmet kitchen, featuring quartz countertops, is outfitted with modern stainless steel appliances and essential cooking utensils, along with basic condiments such as coffee (drip), sugar, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Additionally, there is a Keurig Pod Coffee Maker, just bring your favorite pods. The kitchen opens onto a patio equipped with a BBQ.
To enhance your winter stay, the owner provides a complimentary bottle of wine for guests to enjoy while relaxing in front of the cozy fireplace.
*** New for summer renters: A brand-new air conditioner has been installed to help keep the space cool and comfortable during the hot summer days. After a day of hiking, biking, or exploring the mountains, you can come back, relax, and cool down in comfort.
Laundry & Ski Locker
Full laundry for guest use, including washing machine detergent and dryer sheets.
For added convenience, a secure private ski locker is just outside the condo.
Private Hot tub is located on the patio just beside the kitchen.
Ski-In/Ski-Out Convenience
Happy Valley ski track is directly in front of the home, allowing for easy skiing from the Spyglass complex to Lara's Gondola. Quick access to the Village Centre and its diverse amenities and activities, including restaurants, bars, an ice skating rink, tube park, sleigh rides, and more. The ski out is down the road ,so depending on condition you can ski it or walk.
Its only a 3-5 minute walk or ski to Lara's gondola. To get to the village, you can walk down to Lara's Gondola which will take you to the centre of the village.
Guest access
As a guest, you'll have exclusive access to the entire condo. Garage and storage locker access will be provided with door codes and detailed instructions sent 24 hours before your arrival. The house is well-stocked with essential items, ensuring a comfortable stay.
We share a unique bond with this location and take joy in welcoming our guests. Kindly be considerate and treat this space as if it were your own home.
Other things to note
Skies/snowboards will not be permitted in the unit at anytime.

Parking is available in a shared secure garage for one vehicle, with a visitor parking pass provided for a second vehicle to park in any available visitor spot outside (subject to availability).However these are first-come-first-served and is not guaranteed. Garage is 18.5''deep and 93" clearance. Additional parking is available in the nearby Happy Valley parking lot for a fee.
The free Big White shuttle runs every half hour throughout the resort during winter months, offering transportation to the village. Parking on the roads is not permitted and you may be towed.
For on-mountain groceries, a store in the village provides essentials, but for a more budget-friendly option, it's recommended to stock up in Kelowna or arrange for grocery delivery.
