Located in a quiet home, in downtown Charlottetown, this small private room with ensuite bathroom has a separate entrance off of the driveway. This rental is perfect for individuals or couples seeking a comfortable and convenient base to explore Prince Edward Island. There is a seating area with table. Please enjoy the Nespresso machine and electric kettle for complimentary coffee and tea during your stay.

The space
An older two floor house with fenced backyard. Located in a residential area steps away from downtown Charlottetown. Since purchasing the house in 2023, it has undergone some interior renovations and improvements.

Guest access
Your unit features a private side entrance. Upon entry, you'll find the main living space, a separate bedroom, and a full bathroom. Please note there is an interior door connecting the bedroom to the main house, but it will remain locked from our side throughout your stay for your privacy. We've installed a heavy curtain near this door to further minimize noise transfer, however, it is not fully soundproofed. Additionally, from May through November, you are welcome to enjoy the patio furniture and the backyard.

Other things to note
There are 2 cats residing in the main area of the house. While they do not have access to the guest space, guests with severe allergies may be affected.
This unit is small and ideal for short term stays for 1-2 guests. The unit is not fully sound proofed, however, we are mindful to keep the noise on our side to a minimum during your stay, especially between the hours of 10pm-8am.
