Guest access
At Spring Lake Manor, our guests are granted access to all of our fabulous amenities, including the use of our Water Toys.
You will be provided a unique code for the front door and this will only be enabled for the duration of your stay. Please note that this code will not be enabled until you acknowledge the Welcome package guide lines.
We do require a Refundable Security deposit of $1,000 if our guests are under the age of 25 or do not have any previous reviews with Airbnb and there will possibly be a staff member on premise.

Pricing is for 20 People. We can accommodate 24 people.
