Welcome to South Bay Lakehouse! Inside, you'll find a thoughtfully laid-out two-level retreat with generous living spaces on each floor. The main level features a bright and comfortable primary suite with a King Bedroom, and an open space concept kitchen, living room and dining room overlooking the lake. Head down to the lower level to find two additional bedrooms and its own lounge area, ideal for families or groups wanting their own space. The space has a ping pong, and foosball table and a large space to watch tv. Whether you're curling up with a book, watching a movie, playing boardgames or gathering around the table for a meal, the Lakehouse has room for everyone to spread out and unwind.
Step outside to one of two walk-out decks, each perfectly positioned to soak in all-day sunshine and stunning views of Foote Lake. Fire up the BBQ, enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the water, or simply take in the sounds of nature from your private treetop perch.
A short walk down to the waterfront reveals a shallow sandy beach area, a large lakeside fire pit for evening gatherings, and a full selection of watercraft, two canoes, a kayak, and a paddleboard, ready for you to explore the lake at your own pace. Pre-arrival Forms: The primary guest must complete a Pre Check-in Rental Information Form on behalf of the group, including the ages of all guests, a full guest list, and a photo ID of the primary renter to comply with local STR bylaws. The primary guest will also be required to sign a rental agreement upon booking confirmation.
Smoking Policy: Smoking and vaping of any kind are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. A $500 cleaning fee will be applied for any violation.
Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted on the premises.
Parking: Driveway parking is available for up to 5-6 vehicles.
Noise & Gatherings: Please respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. No parties, events, or large gatherings of any kind are permitted. Please be mindful of neighbours at all times.
Security: Exterior cameras are located outside the property (driveway, side of house, and backyard) for safety purposes. Please ensure all windows and doors are locked when leaving the property. The host is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings or accidents during the guest's stay.
Other Things to Note: The property is a waterfront cottage, please supervise children at all times.
