Come enjoy Serenity on a private 4 acre waterfront lot surrounded by nature. Take a short walk to Cabot Beach Provincial Park, relax in a screened in gazebo, or sit around the fire pit under a blanket of stars. Serenity is the place to unwind and make everlasting memories.

The cottage has 2 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms and a sofa bed with space to comfortably accommodate 6 people.
The primary bedroom features a Queen bed and an ensuite bathroom.
The second bedroom features a Queen bed.
The living room features a Queen sized sofa bed.
A fully equipped kitchen, dining table and a laundry room with washer and dryer complete the interior of the cottage.
Outdoors features a deck equipped with a BBQ, a large screened in pavilion with a seating area and outdoor dining table. A fire pit awaits you at the end of your evening where you can relax and gaze at the stars.
Pets are welcome. There is a fenced in area just off the deck.

It includes a whole home water filter and UV water sanitizing system. In addition the refrigerator is equipped with a water filter for the built in water dispenser and ice maker.
