With 2 private bedrooms featuring king-sized beds, a queen-sized bed in the open loft, and a queen pull-out sofa in the family room, there's space for families or groups to unwind in comfort. Each sleeping area is equipped with a newly installed heat pump for personalized climate control, plus remote-controlled lighting and ceiling fans for added convenience.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire cottage and spacious yard, including all indoor and outdoor amenities. A key will also be provided for the shed, where you’ll find beach chairs, an umbrella, lawn games, a youth paddleboard, and other seasonal items to enjoy during your stay. Enjoy the space as your own—relax, explore, and make yourself at home!
Other things to note
For the safety of all guests and the property, absolutely NO fires are permitted in the fire pit at any time due to the risk of high coastal winds. This is strictly enforced.
Smoking is not allowed in or around the house. If you do smoke, please do so off property and ensure all cigarette butts are properly disposed of—no butts left on the ground.
If you're bringing a pet, please clean up after them. All pet waste must be placed in the large green bin provided at the end of the driveway. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the property clean, safe, and enjoyable for everyone.
