Enjoy morning coffee on your large private balcony, with floor-to-ceiling sliding doors offering spectacular views. Full kitchen, king bed (storage below), dining for 2, deck chairs, shower, Wi-Fi, TV, pet-friendly.

We’re excited to announce that December 2026 will bring the next exciting chapter for Hunts Point Ocean Villas, with five brand-new oceanfront villas joining our growing collection.
These new villas are being designed to take oceanfront retreats to the next level, with 10-foot ceilings, massive picture windows, breathtaking ocean views, and private yards where you can relax and soak in your own private hot tub while the ocean waves are just five feet away.
Imagine waking up to panoramic views of the Atlantic, enjoying your morning coffee with the ocean just outside your window, and ending your day relaxing in a private hot tub with the sound of waves rolling onto the shore.
We’re creating more than just vacation rentals. We’re creating beautiful places where people can slow down, reconnect, relax, and make memories that last a lifetime.
Other things to note
Dishes are to be washed by hand. Although there is a dishwasher in kitchen- it's not currently hooked up. Under the sink, there is a dishrack, washing utensil and soap.
Guest amount- Two adult guests are the max however if you are travelling with your kids, we allow a max of 2. There is no 2nd bed but we do have a firm mobile mattress that we can offer you complete with pillows and blankets. There is plenty of living room space for that. Just let us know in advance, when booking.
