Captain's Quarters is a modernized guest accommodation with direct ocean views and outside decking It is set on one level and benefits from a full kitchen and dishwasher . New heat pumps/ air-conditioning and modern wood burner. The bathroom has a walk in shower, a bidet toilet and relaxing mood lighting.
Dine in the light and airy open plan kitchen /diner and lounge with direct access to the panoramic decking to enjoy the sea views and Harbour, complete with a gas fired BBQ and fire pit.

The space
The accommodation is set on the main level with one bedroom with comfortable queen bed and modern bathroom with shower and bidet toilet. The open plan includes full kitchen including a dishwasher, stove, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and toaster and all the basic essentials to make your stay enjoyable.
There is a dining table or breakfast bar overlooking the water and harbour. For the additional guest there is a comfortable large sofa or a delux self inflating air mattress to chose from. The large wrap around decking give uninterrupted views of the harbour, and sea views complete with outside furniture (in the summer months)
We are close to many attractions such as Halifax, Peggys cove, Crystal Crescent Beach and many more areas of interest

Guest access
The accommodation has its own private entrance and set on the main level. access is via 6 steps outside. There is plenty of parking 50 feet away or guests can offload or park by the entrance steps too.
There is a keypad entrance so guests can arrive anytime (with the added benefit of no keys to worry about losing).
There is a large garden (one acre) so plenty of space to relax (please note there maybe some areas that might be shared by ourselves or other guests such as the main fire pit or lower garden).

Please note, We are on a well and septic system and the use of laundry facilities are available for guests who stay 3 or more nights. Kyacks are available for guests but subject to availability and T&Cs ( Please ask for details more details)' Please let us know before or during your stay or if we can do anything to make your stay more enjoyable as it will be difficult to resolve anything afterwards
We politely ask guests to keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 8 am
