Guest access
Guests have complete access to the main floor of the house, there is a separate basement apartment.
Guests can access the garage for garbage disposal. There's no parking in garage and do not smoke in the garage.
Guests are not permitted to access the backyard.
There are some cupboards in the laundry area that are locked for our cleaner and the door across from the laundry is permanently closed/locked.

We like to keep things clear and upfront so you can feel 100% confident about what to expect. Here are a few helpful things to know before your stay:
You are renting the main floor of the home, there is a separate basement apartment in the house. They have a separate entrance on the side of the house. They park on the left side of the driveway, and you can park on the right side.
Your privacy is paramount to us. We adhere to all Airbnb policies regarding the placement of exterior cameras on our property. Rest assured, we respect your privacy at all times during your stay. Please note that we only utilize these measures to check on the property when it's vacant or during inclement weather conditions. As noted in the guest safety section of our listing, you will note there is 1 exterior doorbell camera on the property by the front door.
We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification if you did not book through Airbnb. Please note: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your reservation. If you are not booking with Airbnb, you will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver.
