A charming century home, steps to views of Georgian Bay, offering 3 BRs, 1.5 baths, spacious kitchen/living room with CENTRAL A/C and HEAT providing an ideal setting for entertaining guests.
Nestled amidst the scenic escarpment, unwind in the privacy of the 3 season sunroom or on the back deck for a BBQ. It's conveniently located on main strip for easy access to downtown amenities, dining, the beach, and parks. It serves as an excellent base camp for exploring the wonders of the Peninsula.

The space
3 spacious BR’s upstairs, 1 full bath, main flr offers lots of bright space to visit with open kitchen, 2 pc bath, great room/fireplace, dining or chill down in the sunroom with a book. 2 very different views outside, one of Georgian Bay or second of tiered landscape view of escarpment. Stay and play in Wiarton, 5 min walk to Bluewater Park and Beach. 20 mins drive to Sauble or 45 mins to Tobermory. We have central air conditioning for summer and gas furnace for cooler months to maintain the right temperature for any guest.

This property is not appropriate for young children or babies due to the busy street and unfenced yard. The decks do not have rails, extra supervision required.

We have recently installed central air conditioning to go along with our gas furnace to keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter!

Follow us on IG @ridgenroam We have had great experiences staying with AirBnB as guests and definitely prefer it for travelling. It’s been perfect for us, our friends and family to stay and play in a shared space. We enjoy hockey, live music, good food, golf, beaches, water, hiking and any adventure ‘off the beaten path’.
