This charming cottage is nestled in a cul-de-sac, surrounded by the Green Mountains Ecological Reserve, ensuring peace and tranquility. A small waterfall with an 80-foot drop can be heard from the front terrace, where you can relax on the 3-seater rocking chair, enjoying the soothing sound of the water. In winter, the property offers a view of Mount Owl’s Head.

Unlike modern constructions made of concrete floors, our cottage has been carefully decorated with vintage objects, antique frames, and old books, found over time through our searches, giving it a unique soul and atmosphere. The second bedroom includes two full-size beds and a bunk bed, while the third bedroom has two queen-size beds and French doors that open onto the back terrace.
The living room is a perfect space for relaxation and entertainment, featuring a large sofa that seats 8, a cozy reading corner, and a TV equipped with a Firestick for access to Netflix, Crave, Prime, and Disney Channel—ideal for movie nights.

For families with young children, we provide a pack 'n play, high chair, and a baby gate to block access to the stairs leading to the basement.
Important note: The cottage is located at the top of a steep and winding hill. During winter ice storms or after heavy snowfall, access can be challenging, and some vehicles may have difficulty reaching the house. Parking is available at the bottom of the hill, just a 5-minute walk away, if needed. We recommend 4x4 or AWD vehicles for winter stays.
