Welcome to Hunts Point Ocean Villas. This 3rd-floor, 900-SF Penthouse suite is directly on a white-sand beach and offers complete peace and tranquility. The M. bedroom comes with a king bed, private ensuite, and deck. The second bedroom has a queen bed. There is also a pull-out sofa bed. Dining table, patio chairs, 2 full baths, Wi-Fi, 2 TVs, not to mention 1000-count Egyptian cotton bed sheets.

The space
Penthouse is suite 7 located on the 3rd floor. Access is the stairs at the breezeway. A Parking stall designated for this suite is marked number 7.

Other things to note
There is a dish rack under the kitchen sink for handwashing dishes/pots/pans. There is also a dishwasher.

The outside BBQ and lounge area on the west side of the building is currently closed for the winter months.
