This 3rd-floor, 900-SF Penthouse suite is directly on a white-sand beach and offers complete peace and tranquility. The M. bedroom comes with a king bed, private ensuite, and deck. The second bedroom has a queen bed. There is also a pull-out sofa bed. Dining table, patio chairs, 2 full baths, Wi-Fi, 2 TVs.

These new villas are being designed to take oceanfront retreats to the next level, with 10-foot ceilings, massive picture windows, breathtaking ocean views, and private yards where you can relax and soak in your own private hot tub while the ocean waves are just five feet away.
Imagine waking up to panoramic views of the Atlantic, enjoying your morning coffee with the ocean just outside your window, and ending your day relaxing in a private hot tub with the sound of waves rolling onto the shore.
We’re creating more than just vacation rentals. We’re creating beautiful spaces where people can slow down, reconnect, relax, and make memories that last a lifetime.
Other things to note
There is a dish rack under the kitchen sink for handwashing dishes/pots/pans. There is also a dishwasher.
The outside BBQ and lounge area on the west side of the building is currently closed for the winter months.
