Surrounded by a lush zen oasis, our private two bedroom villa is a hidden gem, conveniently located in the north of the island, in sought-after Cap Estate.
A 5 minute drive from Pigeon Island landmark, the Jazz venue, with easy access to an 18-hole golf course , beaches & the Naked Fisherman bar! The villa contains a cozy living room & a well equipped kitchen & dining area with an outside bar patio. It is situated on a fenced half acre property with pool & security surveillance.
The space
This modern luxury two bedroom villa has a taste of rustic woodwork flare, with both king and queen sized ensuite bedrooms. It is an exquisitely designed private separate addition to a larger main villa.
The two bedroom villa has its own captivating seperate entrance, surrounded by a lush tropical garden sanctuary, which borders foliage of an eco- friendly green belt and offers views of the Caribbean sea.
The tropical garden oasis is known for its surrounding Aloevera plants.
It contains a breathtaking private pool, NEW pine wooden deck & cascading waterfall.
The pool deck is surrounded by palm trees, cherry, sugar apple, and mango trees. The villa features a relaxing bar patio, which can be accessed while inside or outside.
The villa close to the Jazz & Arts Festival venue. and a 5 minute walk from the award winning Naked Fisherman beach restaurant at Smugglers Cove.
A little hidden gem of an Oasis you will love for a couple, friends, or a family vacation.
Guest access
The "shared property" sits on half an acre of land, which features security surveillance of the grounds while ensuring your privacy and exclusive access of the pool during your stay.
Exclusive parking is available to the villa, which is located within the second gate of the attached main property.
Please follow villa sign down the hill for villa access.
Orchid Tree Villa also features its own private laundry area.
Other things to note
Hosts are Wayne and Jasmin.
Taxi Service upon request:
Transportation services can be arranged upon request.
Tips:
Some guests rent a car from the airport to villa.
Some guests taxi up after a long flight, and avoid traffic and the navigation of driving on their own and then rent closer to the villa.
Some guests exclusively use a taxi service the entire trip.

Pool:
Please note that regular pool maintenance will be done approximately twice a week to ensure the pool is at optimum efficiency for guests use. Guests will be notified if additional maintenance visits are required.
No pool jumping or diving allowed.
Please note that the pool and deck area is not fenced . Use is at your own risk.
Garbage:
Garbage disposal days are Mon/Thurs 830am. Please put garbage bags at gate for pick up.
Property:
The property is surrounded by natural vegetation and various species of birds.
The birdsong is enjoyed by many guests.
We ask that you do not feed the birds and any wildlife. We appreciate your assistance and understanding.

Pets:
We own a small Jack Russell puppy called "Indie" from the West Indies. She is full of energy, is shy and is getting use to people and her surroundings. She loves to play and nap and will usually be seen with the hosts.
She does like to alert everyone when she hears something from time to time.
Please note that she is a puppy and is on property mostly where the owner resides.
You may see or hear her from time to time.
Property Access:
Please be reminded that only registered guests are allowed on property for safety and insurance compliance.
Maintenance Reminders:
Please turn off all AC units when leaving the villa property and rinse off sand and dirt before entering pool and villa, specifically shower drain areas.

A fabulous spot to sample both their restaurants Cliff and the beach restaurant/bar the Naked fisherman.
The Le Sport Body Holiday and beach is a short walk away, and you can enjoy the Cap Estate trails and the Cap Estate golf club restaurant minutes away.
A perfect location where you can enjoy a sanctuary zen experience and minutes drive from the fishing village of Gros Islet , Pigeon Point Landmark, and Rodney Bay Marina.
