This serene ocean front retreat is the perfect place to relax and unplug from your busy life.
Whether you’re looking to surf, explore Nova Scotia’s South Shore or stargaze at night- this is the place for you. A nearby path leads down to a rocky beach for ocean access and coastal exploring.

The space
Relax and unwind at this peaceful Ocean retreat.

This tiny home features a rooftop patio, living room with wood stove, kitchen and dining table, 3 piece bathroom and 2 bedrooms. One bedroom is loft style and accessible by ladder. They both have queen size beds and windows facing the ocean.

It’s a great area to surf, hike and explore the beaches along the Atlantic Ocean, but you can also sit back in comfy Adirondack chairs and take in the 360 degree views on the rooftop patio. The sunrise/ sunsets are breathtaking and the star gazing at night is surreal. There is also a BBQ, fire pit and washer toss for entertainment.

There is a path leading down to the ocean for guests to enjoy. Please note that the shoreline is quite rocky, and the slope is steep and can become unstable due to natural erosion. While it is accessible, we recommend it only for guests who are sure-footed and physically able. It may not be suitable for young children or those with mobility concerns, so please use it at your own discretion.

Other things to note
Use extreme caution when going down the patio stairs.

For warmer showers only pull the lever half way.

Please use caution when utilizing the loft ladder. The bottom hook is for storage, and top hook is for use. Greener Project Development Inc. is not liable for any injuries/loss of life that may occur resulting from us of the stairs/ladder.

Our tiny homes are fully heated and cooled with heat pumps to keep things as comfortable as possible year-round, but with the colder-than-usual temperatures lately, a few guests have mentioned it can feel a bit chilly at night - so we’d recommend packing a cozy sweater or two just in case!

This unit is not equipped with freezer - just to be aware of before grocery shopping!
