The space
The Lodge is a newly renovated and fully furnished haven, offering all the comforts of home. Its open-concept design creates a spacious environment, allowing for easy movement and navigation throughout. The breathtaking ocean view is highlighted by numerous patio doors and windows lining the walls.
The Lodge offers accessible entry and parking, ensuring convenience and ease for all guests.
Each bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen-size adjustable bed, nightstands with USB chargers, a Smart TV for entertainment, and a heat pump/baseboard heater for personalized climate control.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the latest amenities and features a table for formal dining, as well as counter seating for casual meals.
The large bathroom offers ample space and convenience, featuring accessible amenities such as safety bars in the tub/shower and by the toilet, seat in the shower, handheld shower heads, a wheelchair-accessible sink with a lowered mirror, and a raised tub for mobility lift access. Laundry facilities are included for added convenience.
The living room is designed for comfort, with a sofa bed and two chairs that recline, glide, and rock, providing an exquisite view of the ocean. You can also enjoy the Smart TV or play your music on the Bluetooth speaker. For stargazing enthusiasts, a Celestron telescope is available to enjoy the starry nights.
Our outdoor living features include Adirondack chairs, lounging chairs, a picnic table for outside dining, a fire pit, fresh ocean air and a captivating view.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house and its amenities.
However, we kindly ask that the following areas remain off-limits as they are designated for Ocean Outlook Lodge use only: the cupboard above the fridge and microwave, the top shelf in closet in the bathroom between the tub and shower, and the high cupboard above the bathroom sink.
Please feel free to use all other areas and enjoy your visit. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

For some reason, some GPS systems may lead you to Church Point. It says Church Point but the directions are usually correct. Please make sure you are heading to Cape St. Mary's, which borders Mavillette. We encourage you to double-check your destination to ensure you arrive at the correct location!
