The space
Our property is remarkably spacious with a luxurious open floor plan. Our living area includes plenty of seating, a wall mounted 50" TV; a perfect place to unwind and relax. Open dining area with a large built in work space with plenty of storage. A large kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, which features a huge island. A 2 piece bathroom is also located on the main floor.

The 2nd floor has 3 fully furnished bedrooms. Our spacious Primary Bedroom comes with a Queen bed, 43" wall mounted flat-screen, standing/sitting work station, walk in closet, large windows and plenty of storage. To compliment this bright, beautiful space is a stylish ensuite with a free standing bathtub and walk in shower. Enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine at the end of the day at your very own table for two on your 2nd floor balcony. A perfect way to start or end you day!

Your second floor also includes 2 more spacious bedrooms (each with a queen bed), 4 piece bathroom, linen closet and Laundry Room.

Last but not least our property offers a large fully fenced back yard with a modern, functional patio. During your stay you will have full access to the detached double car garage with garage door opener, and plenty of street parking at the front of the property as well.

Airbnb guests have entire and exclusive use of the main floor and second floor.

There is a single quiet adult tenant in the basement apartment. They have thier own entrance and have their own seperate living space.

I do have a Groundskeeper that has access to the yard and garage for the purposes of lawn care and snow removal.
