Enjoy this freshly renovated 2nd-floor apartment all to yourself! Stay cool with four AC units and ceiling fans with thermostat controls. Work comfortably at the dedicated workspace, enjoy meals in the dining area, or cook in the full kitchen. Relax in style with early 1900s charm, custom-built beds, and luxury mattresses. I’m here to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible!

The space
Comfort Meets Unique & Spacious

This property features two bedrooms, each with custom-built queen beds and luxurious mattresses for a restful stay. Both rooms offer walk-in closets with plenty of shelving and hanging space for your luggage and belongings.

The main bedroom is 18 feet long and includes a cozy seating area with views over Midland. A dedicated workspace is also provided in a common area. Relax in the 19-foot sunroom, equipped with a 43-inch smart TV, comfortable seating, and an electric keyboard for entertainment.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, stainless steel convection oven, microwave, refrigerator, and multiple coffee grinding options. The dining room is stocked with vintage crystal serving dishes and china (please note: not dishwasher safe).

The patio is open for your enjoyment, while the pool iis open now, there are some upgrades being done.

The stove features invisible induction cooktops, which heat only under your cookware while keeping the burners hidden, offering a sleek and modern cooking experience.

Conveniently located, the Midland Arena and Midland Cultural Center are within walking distance—or just a 3-minute drive—making it easy to enjoy concerts and events at the MCC. A few minutes to drive almost anywhere in Midland and only a few minutes more to Penetang, Martyrs Shrine, or shopping. Conveniently located, it is within walking distance to many great restaurants.

Stairs are necessary to reach the private 2nd-floor apartment, which is all yours during your stay. Free parking is available, and there may be space for a small boat or Sea-Doo—please contact us for details. Additional parking will incur a fee.

The patio and fenced-in area are available for guest use. The pool has had a new liner installed and will be open soon, ongoing upgrades and maintenance, it is currently not available and is not listed as a guaranteed amenity. SOON!

Other things to note
You're less than 5 minutes away from various options including restaurants, the city center, bars, shops, cafes, parks, museums, a beach, and the Georgian Spirit cruise tour of Georgian Bay or Discovery Harbour. The harbor is just minutes away, serving as the gateway to Georgian Bay's 30 Thousand Islands, where you can enjoy beautiful water views aboard the Georgian Spirit cruise ship.

For those who enjoy biking, there are popular trails nearby. We also provide a fenced outdoor area where you can securely lock your bikes; however, please note that we are not responsible for them.

Being in MID-Midland, you may hear nearby traffic and the occasional siren. A camera monitors the common areas outside for your safety. Self check-in is available for your convenience.

The Butter Tart Festival in Midland is just a short distance away. Please note that the street is blocked steps from this location. The North Simcoe Sports & Recreation Centre is easily within walking distance for hockey tournaments.
