It is a minimalist but well-equipped environment. The chalet is equipped with a comfortable Queen bed on the mezzanine, a full kitchen (good-sized fridge and oven), a full bathroom and a bedroom with two bunk beds.

The space
Charming mini chalet ideal for two, comfortable for four, with a SPA 💦 3 minutes walk from Lac à la Perchaude where you can enjoy a snowshoe walk at your disposal or our aquatic equipment (kayak and paddle board with carrier ) also at your disposal. Come and enjoy access to this private beach 🏝️ accessible to our guests to place our boats in the water. We have access to Lac à la Perchaude, which means that our guests have access to the lake to drop off our boats. We do not own the beach, so our right is limited to accessing the lake. Parties, hanging out, fires are prohibited. Boats must be returned to the chalet after each use.

The chalet is equipped with wall-mounted air conditioning. ❄️

Full kitchen with good size oven and fridge. The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso coffee maker that uses small capsules. It is possible to obtain it at the grocery store at the entrance to the village. We also have a Bodum for ground coffee.

The chalet is easily accessible in summer and winter. No need for a truck or 4X4 vehicle.

The U-shaped entrance allows you to park your trailer with your snowmobile without problem. Sufficient space for 2 vehicles.

The main bed is located on the mezzanine accessible by a securely fixed ladder.

We have access to the sandy beach and the lake located less than 3 minutes walk from the chalet to drop off our boats. These must be returned to the chalet after each use.
