The space
Welcome to Kelowna Chalet #4: A masterpiece of modern elegance, cradled by nature and overlooking Hydraulic Lake. This newly built, eco-conscious, lakefront chalet offers seclusion without isolation: think urban amenities a short drive away, but with the tranquility only nature can provide.
Positioned just beside the Kettle Valley Trail, you're only moments from the Kelowna Nordic Ski & Snowshoe Club and Big White Ski Resort. The architectural marvel of this home is evident in its soaring 23-foot cathedral ceilings and sweeping windows, framing the pristine lake like a live painting.
The main floor showcases a stylish, stone fireplace in the heart of its open-plan design. A sleek kitchen with stainless steel fixtures and quartz countertops seamlessly integrates with the living area, featuring a pull-out sofa bed. The spacious master bedroom, replete with an accompanying crib, beckons rest with its luxury ensuite bathroom.
Ascend to find an airy loft providing another vantage point to soak in the view. The upper level houses a spacious bedroom with a queen bed, a cozy third bedroom with bunk beds, and a convenient sofa-bed.
Outdoors, relish the panoramic lake views from a wraparound deck, indulge in the warmth of a private hot tub, or dine alfresco courtesy of the natural gas BBQ.
Our cabin, reminiscent of iconic Whistler chalets, melds seamlessly with nature, making every season spectacular. From skiing Big White's snowy slopes, exploring 75 km of ski trails at Kelowna Nordic Ski and Snowshoe Club, ice-fishing on the lake, to summer hikes on the Kettle Valley Trail and refreshing lake dips – the choices are endless.
In this serene enclave, you're invited to unplug (cell service is limited) and savor the symphony of nature. Adhere to noise bylaws and cherish the peacefulness.
*Note we are in a fairly remote location on gravel roads and landscaping. There is dust that can accumulate outside and inside the property. If you have severe allergies prone to dust, I do not recommend you book*
