Enjoy the attractions of Lévis while being a few minutes' walk from the ferry to explore Old Québec, without the stress of traffic. Leave your car in our free parking lot (electric charging station included), admire the view of the river from your private balcony, and enjoy a truly GéniAL stay!

Living space:
The highlight of the show: A private balcony with BBQ, offering stunning views of the St. Lawrence River and Quebec City. Perfect for your morning coffee or aperitif!

The kitchen:
Fully equipped for cooking your finds from our local merchants. We even thought of a coffee station with a Nespresso Original machine (starter capsules provided for your arrival). Practical: This format of Original capsules is readily available in all grocery stores and pharmacies (as Nespresso brands or compatible brands).

Comfort:
A cozy living room for relaxing (65" 4K TV with Chromecast included) and two bedrooms (with TVs) ready to welcome you.

Bike & cycling tourism enthusiasts:
Enjoy a covered and secure bike rack under the carport, protected from the rain. An outdoor electrical outlet is also available for you to easily recharge your e-bikes after your rides!

Guest access
You will have the entire apartment to yourself. Check-in is 100% self-service thanks to our smart lock (a unique code will be sent to you before your arrival). You also have a free private parking space located on the side of the building (Rue St-Étienne). If you drive an electric vehicle, you will have exclusive access to our charging station located in the adjacent carport.

Other things to note
The accommodation is located in a building and a quiet neighbourhood; we count on our guests to respect the peace and quiet of the neighbours, especially during the quiet period (11 p.m. to 7 a.m.).

Getting around and the ferry: To visit Old Québec, the ferry is about a 10- to 15-minute walk away. If you prefer, the bus is available at the ferry and on Avenue Bégin for easy travel, and taxis are very accessible in the area.

Remote work: The apartment is equipped with free, high-speed, and very stable Wi-Fi, perfect for those who need to work remotely!
