This home is in a scenic location.
Beautiful 1614 sq ft apartment with 2 balconies (190 sq ft pool view and one ocean view) located on the bike/walk/run path. 5 minute walk to the beach and the marina and 10 minute walk to town.

Marble floors throughout. Master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet with in suite bathroom. Second bedroom has 2 queen beds plus its own balcony. The third bedroom has a single bed and a bathroom.

The complex has 1 big pool, 2 small pools, BBQ area, gym, and paddle tennis court

The washing machine is free of use for stays of 7 days or more.

A 1,000 pesos per week cash electricity deposit will be required upon arrival. It will be returned upon departure if you have not exceeded the free electricity limit.

The first 200 KWh of electricity use per week is included. This is sufficient as long as the A/C is not left on all the time. If the electricity usage is higher, it gets charged at 5 pesos per KWh
