Steps away from the water. A perfect escape to leave your worries behind! Enjoy Our Massive New Outdoor Sauna / BANYA just installed and our new 7 people massive hot tub with LED lights and Bluetooth stereo system upgrade. Only 2 mins walk to the sandy Innisfil beach. kayaking, fishing, boat launch area 10 min near by. Massive back yard with Big trampoline for the kids and adults. Make BBQ on the deck and enjoy watching the fire from the fire pit at the back yard.

The space
Guests - can use the entire upper unite. On the lower lever there is a tenant, Young gentleman who helps with the property maintenance. his name is Jason.
Parking - Guests can use the driveway parking on the east side of the driveway closer to the main entrance. Two parking spots available and more parking on the street at the guests risks.
Backyard is 90% for guests and small area near the entrance to the lower unit that is reserved for Jason. Jason has a cat 🐈 only at his lower unit.

Guest access
Guest entrance is from the main door at the front and the second access point is from the back yard up the stairs. Please do not access the lower level from the back yard, that’s where Jason lives at.

Other things to note
Feel Free to use the ping pong table at the garage. Right Door opens manually.

Every person over 6 people (child or adult) is extra $150 per stay/visit. Please notify before arriving when possible if you have more the 6 guests at any time on the property.
