We want your time at Huron Luxe Retreat to feel effortless, comfortable, and memorable. A few thoughtful
details help us care for the home, our neighbours, and every guest who stays after you.

1. Arrival & Departure

Your stay begins after 3:00 PM, with check-out by 10:00 AM. Early arrival or a later departure may occasionally be possible with advance approval.

2. Everyone in Your Group

Please ensure the reservation reflects everyone who will be at the property, including daytime guests. The home welcomes a maximum of 12 people.

3. Welcoming Visitors

To preserve the comfort and privacy of the home, only registered guests may visit unless arrangements are approved in advance.

4. Peaceful Gatherings

Huron Luxe Retreat was created for family time, meaningful celebrations, and relaxed gatherings—not parties or events. Thank you for helping us protect that atmosphere.

5. Quiet Evenings

Evenings are wonderfully peaceful here. From 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM, please keep outdoor voices, music, and activity low, especially on the deck.

6. Parking & Arrival

The driveway comfortably accommodates up to 6 vehicles. Please avoid street or lawn parking, and drive slowly and quietly through the neighbourhood.

7. Fresh Air for Everyone

To keep the home fresh and welcoming, smoking and vaping are not permitted indoors or in enclosed areas.

8. Caring for the Home

Before departure, please place garbage in the designated bins, leave used towels in the laundry area, and return used dishes clean. We also appreciate outdoor shoes being left at the entrance.

9. When Something Happens

Accidents can happen. Please let us know promptly if anything is damaged or needs attention—we value honest and open communication.

10. Before We Say Goodbye

Before leaving, please close and lock all doors and windows, turn off unnecessary lights, and leave heating or air conditioning at the requested setting. Commercial photography or business use requires prior written approval.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the home, including 5 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, the kitchen, dining room, living room, family room, breakfast area, den, laundry, and private parking.

Please note:

The basement is unfinished and not for guest use, except in emergencies (main water valve or power shut-off).

The garage stores garbage bins, tools, and equipment. Guests may access it for waste disposal but should use caution.

For safety: the garage door may be used as an emergency exit, and fire extinguishers are located in the garage and near the main entry door.
