Linens provided include sheets, pillows, duvets with covers, towels for bathing and the beach, and extra blankets.

The community has two local dump sites, and it is important to separate garbage and recycling. We have supplied large clear bags for recycling and black bags for garbage. Please collect and dispose of all garbage in the designated bin.

The cottage is equipped with baseboard heaters and a wood-burning stove for heating. During warm summer days, window air conditioners on each floor and ceiling fans keep the house cool.

The house operates on a septic system. Please be responsible and avoid disposing of grease or food remnants in the septic. Allow grease to harden and dispose of it with other household garbage.

The house is supplied with town water, which is safe for cooking and drinking (tested annually). For added convenience, we provide purified water (1x8L jug per reservation).

Smoking is not permitted inside the house, but ashtrays are available on the front and back patios. Please use them accordingly and refrain from flicking cigarette butts around the property.

Being in nature means bugs are a part of the experience. Remember to bring bug spray, and during the summer months, the gazebo is screened for your comfort.

During snowy conditions, the main parking area is regularly maintained and plowed. Shovels and a snowblower are available onsite to assist with additional clearing.

Respect our neighbours! Please regulate noise levels and refrain from yelling, shouting, or any disruptive behaviour between 11 pm and 7 am. Keep in mind that without the competing noise of the city, sound carries further. Let's ensure everyone can enjoy their getaway to the fullest!
