Guests have access to the full two-acre property and chalet, with the exclusion of the basement and garage.

Other things to note
• Cell service is limited. Powerful 5G Fibre wifi is provided for work and wifi calling.
• Parties and large group gatherings are strictly prohibited. Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
• There is a SMART TV at your disposal, but we do not offer cable channels.
• The chalet is located on an 800 m dirt road. Low-clearance vehicles should proceed carefully, and AWD is recommended in the Winter.
• Seasonal changes can bring the arrival of small, colorful visitors in search of warmth: Asian ladybugs. You may encounter them during your stay. Rest assured, they are completely harmless to your health.
• Winter snowstorms in Quebec can sometimes lead to sporadic water and electricity outages.
• The barbecue is available for use between May - October.
• The wood-burning stove is available for use between October - April.
• Access to Lac Louisa is available via the Municipal Boat Wash and Public Dock. Please inquire for more details.
