**Main Farmhouse (Sleeps 8)**
Experience a perfect blend of rustic farmhouse charm and modern luxury. The main house features spacious common areas, a gourmet kitchen, and a dedicated workspace.

**Guest Cabin (Sleeps 7)**
Just steps from the main house, the private cabin offers additional space and comfort.

* Second Bedroom: 1 Full/Twin XL bunk bed
* Living Area: 1 Queen sofa bed

**Outdoor Oasis**
Your group will have exclusive access to a wide array of resort-style amenities:

Guests will have full, private access to the entire property, including the Main House, the Cabin, and all outdoor amenities. The two homes are connected by a beautifully maintained landscape, just a 150-foot walk apart.

* **Keyless Entry:** Entry is seamless with Yale smart lock keypads on both homes.
* **Gated Property:** You will receive a code or clicker for the secure main gate.
* **Parking:** Ample free parking is available on-site for multiple vehicles.

To ensure a comfortable and safe stay, please note the following:
* We recommend bringing your own bottled water for drinking.
* Wi-Fi is available in the Main House only; it does not extend to the Cabin.
* The property is not wheelchair accessible.
* Please be advised that the hot tub is not available for guest use at this time.
