*No Cleaning Fee** This bright suite is located in a friendly neighbourhood overlooking our backyard garden and within walking distance to the beach & Sidney's quaint shopping experience. With it's own private entrance and lots of light you'll be delighted to call it home during your stay.

The king size bed is super comfy and the HUGE tv makes for a cozy evening during our west coast winters. Close to transit, airport and Swartz Bay ferry terminal.

The space
The guest suite is in the separate (but attached) addition of our bungalow home. The bathroom hosts a toilet, sink & shower and the entire suite is super bright and airy.

This hotel-room style short-term rental also has contains a Roku tv, mini fridge, coffee pot, coffee/tea, sugar, mugs, cups, wine & beer glasses and is ideal for a couple who are exploring the Greater Victoria area or visiting friends or family who don't have room to host you.

Bring your bikes for easy exploring around Victoria or take your downhill bike through Hartland for fun in the trees. We can provide a secure lock up for your bikes.

We have a little Chi/Yorki dog named Hazel, whom you might hear in the backyard. The bnb suite sides with our neighbour who have 2 basset hounds who sometimes bark , but only when they have company arrive (which isn't very often).

Guest access
Guests will not have access to the backyard, including our private sitting space and hot tub.

Other things to note
Our suite does not have a kitchen or any cooking appliances (microwave’s have been disallowed by the Town of Sidney) and is not suitable for children.

Sidney is a small, quiet seaside community that is sought out by travellers and homeowners alike! 30 mins from downtown Victoria, it boasts a robust food, arts and cultural experience all year round. Sidney is only a few minutes drive or bus ride from both YYJ and Swartz Bay ferry terminal.

You'll find whale watching excursions, Sidney Island ferry (for a day at the beach), breweries, wineries, cideries, movie theater, hiking, cycling trails (we're just off the Lochside Trail that goes all the way into Victoria), Butchart Gardens, beaches, marinas, paddle boarding, kayaking, boat launch, fine & casual dining are close by, many within walking distance. We're happy to give recommendations!
