Outdoor Living
Your private 5-acre property includes a large dock, perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. Paddle the Fortune River in the provided canoes or SUP boards, and take a refreshing swim. At night, gather around the fire pit for marshmallows, handsome local folk singer not included.

Fortune Beach is just 3 minutes away, with dozens of other pristine beaches within a short drive. The charming town of Souris offers walking trails, artisan shops, lighthouses, and a lively summer farmers’ market. Food lovers will enjoy being only 5 minutes from celebrity chef Michael Smith’s award-winning restaurant, The Inn at Bay Fortune. Golfers are 30 minutes from three of PEI’s top courses: Crowbush, Dundarave, and Brudenell.

Guest access
There is parking for 4 vehicles and more if necessary. You will be left a key upon arrival.

Other things to note
The cottage will be left unlocked in preparation for your arrival. The keys will be left on the kitchen counter, console, or a hook inside the door.

COFFEE: The cottages have drip coffee makers, with standard-size 4 cone filters (usually provided).

The 4 Bedroom Cottage also has a Nespresso machine with the original small pods.
