The space
Our amenities have been carefully chosen to make your vacation truly feel like you are in the mountains surrounded by nature and comfortable in your home away from home after your outdoor activities.

Situated just off the ski runs from Blackcomb Mountain, ski right into the complex from Blackcomb off of the "Home Run" or via a hidden private trail just above the complex.

The hot tub and BBQ are tucked into the deck, the outdoor deck and hot tub is best suited for two people at a time but you can cozy up and fit up to 4 at one time.

Just a short distance from the door you can be at the lifts in the morning for skiing or summer mountain biking or enjoying the restaurants and shops at Blackcomb mountain base.

In the summer months this trail conveniently leads you onto the hill and right to some of the best patio restaurants just a few minutes down into the village from our door.

We have taken care to design this space with comfort, warmth and relaxation in mind, while stocking up all the amenities you may need for cooking & any laundry use during your stay to make it feel just like your home away from home.

Our unit is a single level, lower floor unit with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with cooking supplies and a covered BBQ on the deck with an open air 4 person hot tub (6 people fit but it's cozy) backing onto the beautiful forest for a serene quiet setting.

Highlights include:
- Fully stocked, well equipped kitchen including Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, plates, bowls, cookware, utensils, coffee (Keurig and regular), tea and basic pantry items
- Gas fireplace
- Very good WiFi
- Comfortable furnishings and throw blankets so you'll feel right at home
- Large Smart TV for streaming with surround sound bar
- Ideal layout for privacy with bedrooms on either side of the hallway, perfect for couples, families or friend's getaways
- Small bistro deck beside the hot tub for your summer happy hour and BBQ use
- Secured underground parking with ONE permanent parking stall (visitor parking for 2 car also available)
- Ski storage in the entryway with boot/glove dryer
- Locking storage room in the secured parkade for mountain bikes and equipment (other guests have access to this room with their key, bring your own bike locks!)

This townhouse is on a ground level, there are no stairs inside but there are 4 stairs outside entrance plus stairs from the parking and garage to get down to our building from the road so it is not wheelchair accessible as there are no elevators.

The main room has vaulted ceilings and is open concept with a kitchen overlooking the dining room and living room and a deck off the dining room with beautiful views of the forest and a large BBQ.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a toaster, blender, Keurig coffee maker, all cookware and appliances.

HD flatscreen TV, free wifi will keep you entertained while you are inside.

Also included is ONE secure underground parking for vehicles up to 6'8" including an optional second visitor stall if needed (visitor stalls are first come first served, not guaranteed). Parking is in stall number 16 only.

Summer activities are close by with trail access either up or down the road from the complex. We are directly connected to biking and hiking trails as well as very convenient access to Lost Lake Park & swimming beach. Mountain bike trails are accessed just up at the end of the street, about 50M, where you will find the Blackcomb Ski Hill Home Run trail onto the main hill or you can take the hidden private trail just above us.

Guest access
Your townhome is fully private during your stay but please note that the second guest bedroom has a locked closet for owners use only. Guests can use the dresser and the wall hanging system to hang their personal belongings in this bedroom.

Other things to note
We are family friendly condo but also have a spacious layout set up for couples and friend's getaways.

Parties are not allowed on site but you can enjoy a quiet and relaxing getaway in our condo to hang out with your friends and family. Please be mindful of our neighbours and quiet hours from 10pm to 8am.

Check-in service for our rental is provided by Whistler Reception Services in the village. You will be checking in with them at their office and providing your ID verification.

NO SMOKING

Our Condo, deck and the entire complex is strictly NO SMOKING. Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited inside and outside throughout the condo complex and a minimum fine of $250 will be applied to guest's security deposit for any smoking.

STAIRS REQUIRED
the parkade is located in the building above ours, you will be required to walk down the outside stairs to access our unit and down a couple more steps to our door

PARKING
One Assigned parking stall is available to our guests in the parkade. There are a couple visitor parking stalls available first come first serve but not guaranteed at any time.

NO PETS PLEASE
There is a filter available on your search to help you find all of the many pet welcoming accommodations throughout Whistler, most hotels also accept pets, we do not accept animals in our condo thank you.

Guests found to have brought animals into our unit will be charged a damage deposit fee to cover additional cleaning requirements including carpet cleaning and remediation of pet hair, smells, and any damage.

Quiet Hours in the complex are 10pm to 8am.

Conveniently located beside the complimentary village shuttle stop (up the road to the left of the driveway) so you don't need to drive to and from town to access the main chair lifts or dining and village activities.

SKI IN/ SKI OUT DETAILS:
Located near the Merlins/Lower Cruiser run, ski out by walking 200 yards to the Blackcomb Suites Hotel (there is a very short path next to the hotel), click on your skis and start your first run down to the Wizard Express on Blackcomb. At the end of the day, ski right into the complex via the Home Run path (snow conditions dependent) or enter from the same place you skied out. Alternatively, the free shuttle runs every 10-20 minutes to the Upper or Lower Villages (5 minute drive) where you can hop on the Whistler or Blackcomb Gondolas.

We are 2 kilometers (1.2 miles) from Lost Lake- a popular place for country skiing, biking and swimming. Fairmont Chateau Golf Club is about 1 kilometer away from the complex.
The Scandinave Spa is about 5KM further up the highway.
