Whether you're here to cycle the canal, explore the region, soak in the tub, or simply watch the ships go by, Exhale 7 is your reset button in the heart of Niagara.
The space
Exhale 7 is completely renovated, floor to ceiling, wall to wall. Brand new and intentional in it's design.
Exhale 7 is a canal-side retreat in Thorold, Ontario — an open-concept villa designed around rest, water views, and easy access to everything the Niagara region has to offer. The unit sits directly on the Welland Canals Parkway trail, with a full wall of windows looking out onto the canal and Lock 7, where lake freighters, cruise ships, yachts, and Sailboats pass through in view of the living room.
The villa comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests across two separate king beds, with a pullout sectional available for additional sleeping space if needed.
**Living Room & Kitchen
An open-concept great room combines the kitchen, dining, and living areas into one bright, connected space. The kitchen is full-size with full-size appliances, complete with a coffee maker, coffee, coffee syrup, coffee mate, water purifying system (Alexapure) and all the dishware, pots, and pans needed to cook a full meal. The living area features a sectional sofa (with pullout), a 65" smart TV, smart air purifier, electric fireplace. All in front of the canal-facing wall of windows.
**Primary Bedroom
A beautiful bedroom featuring a luxury king-sized bed, plush pillow topper, soft cotton linens, duvet, lots of pillows, and mood lighting designed for a deep restful sleep. Included in the room are blackout curtains, essential oil diffuser, salt lamp, sound machine, Smart TV and dedicated heating/air.
**Loft Bedroom
Accessed by its own staircase (steeper) from the living room, the loft holds the second king-sized bed in a cozy, separated open air space overlooking main living area ,ideal for a second couple or family members (think grown up bunk bed/loft) * no standing room but the view 😍. The Loft is Furnished with a king-sized bed, a fan for white noise/cooling , soft cotton linens, duvet and lots of pillows, satin sleeping eye masks (note there is some natural street light from the canal that enters this upper area keeping a little glow up there - if you need complete darkness the main bedroom or perhaps the couch may be a better option or use our satin sleep masks provided , this space was designed for a deep restful sleep.
**Bathroom
Our Signature Luxury Spa Bathroom has a deep free standing soaker tub and full rainfall shower wetroom, stocked with bodywash, shampoo / conditioner, robes, towels, and bubble bath for the length of your stay.
**Wellness Corner
Relax and decompress in the wellness corner. Equipped with salt lamps for hands(relax & detoxify ). Back massager, shiatsu foot massager, scalp massager, yoga mats, vibration board, wellness books, oracle cards, and mini sound bowl. Feel balanced and renewed after your time out in the corner.
**Climate Control
Two independent heat pumps provide air conditioning in summer and heat in colder months — one controlled from the primary bedroom, one from the Wellness Nook.
**Parking & Access
A private parking spot or two are provided in the driveway along the south side of the building. Entry is through a secure keypad lock with a personal PIN issued before arrival.
Guest access
The villa is accessed by keypad and indoor private staircase.
Guests have access to the entire private upper floor villa.
Other things to note
The Villa and its amenities are not intended for those looking to host a party.
A list of recommended restaurants, coffee shops, wineries and things to do will be provided upon arrival.
