Welcome to our lovely 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom townhome located in the Rockingham area of Halifax.

The space
The main level is open concept and has your living room, dining area, kitchen and half bathroom. The living room has a large sectional couch, perfect for cozying up in front of the electric fireplace or watching your favourite movie on the TV. The half bathroom is located beside the stairs and the coat closet.
The dining table can accommodate 6 and sits in front of the patio doors to the balcony.
The kitchen is spacious and equipped with all necessary appliances, storage, counter space and a large island.

Moving to the top floor, you will find all of your sleeping accommodations, laundry room and two full bathrooms. All the bedrooms are bright with natural light and have good sized closets for storage. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and dresser. The second bedroom is your master room and has a dreamy king size bed, reading chair, full bathroom/shower and a gorgeous walk-in closet. The third room is similar to the first with a full size bed and dresser. The laundry closet is at the top of the stairs and includes washer, dryer, soap and iron. There is also another full bathroom/bathtub and linen closet on this level.
Downstairs you have a workout room equipped with a full set of kettlebell weights. There is another full bathroom and mud room leading to the back basement entrance.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire home, deck and driveway.

There is also a tennis and basketball court and park next to the home that is open to the public.
