Welcome to Whispering Waves, a newly built executive oceanfront home in the seaside community of Deep Bay. Set on a private lot overlooking Deep Bay Marina, this stunning West Coast retreat offers panoramic ocean views, modern design, and peaceful coastal living.
Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, this luxurious home is the perfect getaway for families, friends, or extended stays.
The open-concept layout features vaulted ceilings, natural wood beams, and floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase breathtaking ocean views. Large sliding doors open onto an expansive deck, creating seamless indoor–outdoor living where you can relax, dine, and enjoy the fresh ocean air. Guests can also enjoy the new outdoor sauna, available exclusively for their use during their stay.

Step outside to BBQ on the Oceanview deck and enjoy unforgettable sunsets over the water. You can also unwind in the new outdoor sauna, perfectly positioned to take in peaceful views of the water while you relax.
The coffee machine is a 12 cup brew with carafe; complimentary coffee and sugar are provided.

Guests will receive a custom door code on the day of arrival.
Designated guest parking in the driveway, no parking on the street. Maximum of 3 vehicles allowed.
Other things to note
• Maximum occupancy: 6 registered guests only. No unapproved over night visitors.
• No pets allowed.
• No parties, events, weddings, or beach gatherings. Please respect the neighbours.
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. No loud music on the deck or beach. Ensure outside lights are off as well.
• No smoking, vaping, or cannabis anywhere on the property due to fire risk from surrounding grasses.
• No beach fires (municipal fine up to $1000).
• No ATVs, dirt bikes, trailers, campers, or recreational vehicles on the property.
• No glass on the beach (wine or liquor bottles).
• Please clean the BBQ after use. A $500 cleaning fee may apply if left excessively dirty.
• This home is on septic, so please only flush toilet paper and use water responsibly.
• No tenting on the property.
• Guests use the beach and ocean at their own risk. Life jackets and water equipment are not provided.
• Tap water is safe to drink.
• Mailbox access is not available to guests.
