Your group or family will appreciate the secure spaces for children (the accommodation passed the test with our 3-year-old), the beach access just seconds away on foot, the large air-conditioned rooms, the relaxation areas, the hyper-central location, proximity to various restaurants, grocery stores, bars (they cannot be heard from the house), and much more. Come fall in love with Nicaragua in a tropical yet relaxing atmosphere.
The space
- Each room has its own air conditioning, adjustable with the remote control, and storage for each bed.
- Each door has a door sweep at the bottom to limit insects as much as possible.
- Internet is available via WIFI on both floors.
- In El Transito, most (if not all) properties do not have hot water, because with the constant heat, you won't want it anyway.

Guest access
There is only one door that is not accessible and it's the door on the back right when you enter the accommodation.

**Village Description:**
El Transito is a small fishing village renowned for surfing, catering to beginners, intermediates, and advanced surfers alike. You can reach El Transito from the airport by taxi, organized transport, or by renting a car. Upon reaching the mountaintop before the village, you will see the ocean and El Transito below, offering an unforgettable view.
