The space
We are located in the new phase of the Villas de Cerritos in the small beachside community of Cerritos!
Some things we've added to make your stay a little better:
- Wifi throughout the home
- A/C
- Games
- Beach chairs & umbrella
- Boogie Board
- Smart TV
Bedroom:
The bedroom has a comfy queen sized bed, air conditioning and overhead fan.
Kitchen:
The outdoor kitchen is fully stocked with everything you should need to enjoy a great meal and margarita!
Comes with:
- blender
- coffee maker
- full sized fridge & stove
- pots & pans/cooking utensils
- toaster oven
- wine glasses, plastic glasses for the pool
- salt & pepper
- and more!
*NOTE: We cannot guarantee there will be things such as oil, spices, etc. So make sure to bring those with you or there are a few stores nearby.
Living Room:
The living space has 2 couches, one that folds down into a bed. There is also a/c in the living room and a 40" Smart TV just in case you wanted to watch a little Netflix at night.
OUTDOOR SPACE :
The Villas is a great, family oriented development with a beautiful pool and 2 hot tubs. We have an onsite restaurant as well as a friendly reception and 24 hour security. Free wifi at the pool/restaurant.
*The hot tub located in our phase is adults only.
LOCATION:
We are an easy 1.5 hour drive from the San Jose airport on a new 4 lane toll highway. We are walking distance from several restaurants, bars, a grocery store and corner store.
Your home will make a great starting location for any day tips you may want to take while visiting:
Pescadero (5 min)
Todos Santos (15 min)
Cabo (45 min)
La Paz (75 min) (a little further to Balandra Bay)
La Ventana (kite surfing) (90 min)
Los Barriles (kite surfing) (105 minutes)

Neighbourhood highlights
Cerritos is not like Cabo! It is a small beachside community where you'll find the best place to swim and enjoy the beach on the Pacific side of the southern Baja! It's also a great place for surfing or taking a lesson! Enjoy long walks on the perfectly sandy beach or go fishing with a local expert.
You're in walking distance to some fantastic restaurants that are popping up here. Our favourite is Barracuda - they specialize in fish and shrimp tacos and amazing cocktails! We also love Shakas - they have a great happy hour from 4-6pm! Try Casa Maya for more fancier fare.
