While symbolic of wellness and vitality, these stairs may not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges or young children without supervision. Child safety gates are provided on every floor for added peace of mind.

NOTE :
Casa Ladrillo is built on principles of mutual respect and harmonious living. We value our excellent relationships with our neighbors, and maintaining that harmony is essential to us. Please respect their spaces by parking only in designated spots , avoiding knocking on doors that are not your allotted door and avoiding patios that are not allocated to you. Unauthorized use of these areas may be reported as trespassing by the respective occupants, who have the right to involve relevant authorities. Monti Giodarni will not be held responsible if this happens.
Notice to Guests with Pets:
We do not charge pet fees, so please clean up after your pet. Any pet accidents (pooping) will require a deep biohazard cleaning, which costs $300. This fee will be charged immediately to the responsible guest.

For your safety, there are cameras installed at the exterior entrance and the rooftop patio. These cameras are positioned to ensure privacy while maintaining security.
Heating & Lighting Policy
For your comfort, heaters are available on every floor, at the entrance, and on the rooftop patio. These heaters are designed to keep the floors warm during your stay.
• It is your responsibility to adjust the heaters and lights according to your comfort level.
• Do not place any plastic, rubber, or heat-sensitive products near heating vents, as they may melt or cause damage.
• We do not take responsibility for any damage caused to personal items due to failure to follow this policy.
• Please use the heating system responsibly to ensure safety and energy efficiency.
Failure to adhere to this policy may result in additional charges for damages.

Casa Ladrillo is yours within the time you booked. It belongs to you and will treat you right , Casa Ladrillo only kindly request that you respect her as long as she treats you right.
Please always make use of the smart access on the door and not the lockbox. The lockbox is for emergency situations. The code generated by airbnb can only work for the smart locks.

Important Notice to Casa Ladrillo Guests:
We are experienced hosts with a strong background in hospitality, and we look forward to welcoming you. However, we have a strict Zero-Tolerance Policy for Noise.
Quiet hours begin at 9 PM, and any group found disrupting the peace will face immediate eviction. A noise monitoring system is in place, and excessive noise will trigger enforcement, including possible police intervention.
Art and Furniture:
Please do not move Furniture or touch the arts works and this includes the wine rack, do not take out or use the wine in the racks. There is a $500 attached to each of the wine if missing (and a $50 delivery )after a check out.
Staircase Lights:
For your safety, please ensure that the staircase lights remain on at all times. Do not remove or tamper with the switch covers.

NOISE CONTROL POLICY:
We kindly remind our guests to maintain noise levels at a considerate volume to avoid disturbing neighbors and other guests in nearby units. Please be aware that Casa Ladrillo is equipped with a noise monitoring system that alerts us when noise exceeds a certain threshold.
If noise levels continue to be disruptive, we reserve the right to contact you directly at any time, asking you to reduce the noise. Should this issue persist, we may involve Airbnb or, in extreme cases, the system is set up to notify 911 automatically.
