Welcome to Casa Benvie, a brand new, two-bedroom, 2.5 bath luxury condo that has a panoramic view of the Sea of Cortez and Land's End (amazing sunrise). Just a short drive to downtown Cabo and the marina but quieter at night and family friendly. Enjoy the pool and amenities on site, make use of the Pueblo restaurants or golf at Quivira as a Tramonti renter.
We love to host and are here to make your well deserved vacation as seamless as possible. Note: we don't have a cleaning fee
The space
Full equipped 2 bedroom + 2.5 bathroom condo.
Bedroom 1: King Bed
Bedroom 2: Two twin beds
Living Room: Sleeper Sofa
Full kitchen, dining area and large terrace to enjoy your morning coffee or get some work done with a view.
Unit comes equipped with all things needed for an amazing and comfortable vacation including:
-fully stocked kitchen supplies including air fryer
-coffee maker
-bbq on the terrace
-basketball and pickleball set
-beach/pool towels and chairs
-binoculars for whale watching
-bodywash and shampoo
-concierge available for extras as needed
You also have access to Pueblo Rose, Blanco and Sunset Beach. These are all beachside resorts with large pools that you can enjoy along with their restaurants and amenities as a guest of Casa Benvie.

Guest access
The amenities of this development are the magic. While you aren't right on the beach, you get the quiet neighbourhood feel with everything at your fingertips.
You'll have access to the Tramonti pool, kids pool, gym, lounge with pool table, basketball court and pickleball courts on site.
**Note** Renters are no longer allowed access to the pools and beaches at Pueblo resorts. Just the restaurants. Please send a message if you'd like more details and recommendations.
Medano beach/the marina is about an 8-10 minute drive. There are other public beaches within a short drive as well that are more quiet and great for swimming and snorkelling. You can also get day passes at most local hotels.
You will still get access to play golf at world renowned Quivira Los Cabos.
There are several shopping and grocery options within a five-minute drive including Walmart, Costco, Fresko (10 minute walk), and Home Depot.
There is also a food market, Cafe and a couple of restaurants just down the hill from the complex about 300 meters away.
Ceci, your concierge, is available throughout your stay to help with anything you need. Dinner reservations, boat rentals, excursions, golf or anything you need.
