Guests will have full, exclusive access to the entire 2-bedroom condo, private deck, and private hot tub.
What’s included with your stay:
Seamless Self-Check-In: Keyless smart lock entry (your unique access code will be provided prior to arrival).
Parking: 1 designated parking stall in the secure underground garage, plus access to first-come, first-served visitor parking.
Gear Storage: Access to 2 secure bike storage spots (bring your own lock) and a private storage cage within the secure communal ski/snowboard room.
Please Note: * Retail spaces on the main floor of the complex are separate and not part of the guest amenities. RV and trailer parking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.

Construction Notice: We are located in an exciting, growing development. There is currently ongoing construction across the street, as well as minor finishing work in the main-floor retail spaces of our building. While your private villa remains a peaceful retreat, you may notice some daytime noise or work crews in the area.
Parking Rules: Oversized vehicles, trailers, and RVs are strictly prohibited anywhere in the complex. If you are traveling with a trailer, you will need to find alternative parking in town.
Garage Clearance: The secure underground parking garage has a max clearance height of 8'2" (8 feet, 2 inches). Please double-check your roof racks, cargo boxes, or mountain bikes before entering!
Gear Responsibility: While we offer secure bike and ski storage areas, guests must bring their own locks for bikes. We are not liable for any lost or stolen equipment.
No Parties or Events: This is a quiet, residential complex. Out of respect for our neighbours, loud parties, gatherings, and events are not permitted.
