Located just a short walk to the restaurants and amenities at the Upper Village, or follow the trails right to the main village about 10-15 minutes walk from the townhouse. We are also a short walk to one of the most popular summer beaches on Lost Lake Park and the shuttle also runs to the beach in the summer months.
Our tree-lined complex with beautiful views and mountain breezes keep our unit temperature comfortable in the summer. There's a ceiling fan & fans are included for guest use in the bedrooms.
Our townhouse requires stairs to access the unit and the second-floor bedroom, it is not accessible for those who cannot use stairs.
SKI HILL & BIKE TRAIL ACCESS
Blackcomb Hill Access is located a few minutes walk down the road, access is behind the Fairmont Chateau Whistler.
There is a free village shuttle out front for guests to get to and from the village and both Blackcomb and Whistler ski lifts. The shuttle stops out front every 10 minutes in high season and every 20-30 minutes in low season throughout the day and late into the evening. No need to drive to the village for dinner or activities!
The bike and multi use trails run throughout our neighbourhood and out to the lake so you can head right out to join the trails. Please note that bikes are not allowed inside our unit or on the deck. There is a shared locker in the parkade or you can check out bike concierge options in the village.

Our modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and enjoy family meals together. A drip coffee machine and coffee grinder are available as well as a stock of basic coffee and teas. Deluxe Miele cooking appliances and oversized fridge and freezer for your cooking needs.

The other two guest bedrooms are located on the main level. The first features a queen bed, 2 single beds and a desk. The second features a queen bed – perfect for kids or extra guests. The separate modern bathroom on this level features a spacious glass-enclosed rain shower and a single vanity with granite counters.

Guest access
This top-floor suite requires stairs to access it from the parking area and the roadside. You will be issued a door code before your arrival and given instructions to locate the parking keys.
The townhouse is fully self-contained for your use with its own exterior entranceway.
It is a top floor unit for added privacy. This space is not suitable for noisy groups, parties or celebrations, please no extra guests or event hosting.
Other things to note
Complex quiet hours are from 10pm - 7am daily. Please be mindful of noise like kids running and noise when entering and exiting late at night or early morning.
No laundry usage from 10pm to 7am during quiet hours.
This entire home and complex property is strictly NO SMOKING/VAPING/CANNABIS use anywhere including balconies. You must go out to the trail along the road and dispose of butts in the garbage.
