Come stay in our new lovely above ground basement suite. We live above with our 3 young kids and noise should be expected between 8am-11pm. This probably isn't for you if you're looking for a serene, romantic getaway. It's comfortable, A/C, has a fabulous view, is centrally located for island adventures. Nestled in gorgeous hillside, space for outdoor gear, kitchen with induction cooktop, private laundry, Wifi etc. Adjacent to another AirBNB suite and not suitable for kids. Hope to see you soon!
The space
Our space is minimalist and modern, with a Scandinavian comfort feel. It's bright with gorgeous island and ocean views. It has all you need with free Wi-Fi, A/C, private laundry and a kitchenette with an induction cooktop. The basement suites are located below our family living space. We have 3 young children and there will be regular family noise. We are not obnoxiously loud, but we do live here. We can’t have kids stay as we’ve had too many complaints from guests saying they can hear kids and babies in the next suite. Unfortunately that cost us are super host status last year because of the negative reviews of kid noise next door. Additionally, you cannot get here with public transit. A car is recommended.

You have access to your corner suite (Suite A) and the private covered patio overlooking the ocean.

Our family lives in this home and we have 3 young children. There will be family noise between 8am and 10pm. We aren't obnoxiously loud, but we do live here.
Additionally, you will be next to our second AirBNB suite. Please be mindful of noise during quiet hours. We can’t have kids stay as we’ve had too many complaints from guests saying they can hear kids and babies in the next suite. Unfortunately that cost us are super host status last year because of the negative reviews of kid noise next door.
We do have a kitchenette with a fridge and all of the cooking essentials. We have a cooktop with all of the necessary cookware.
It’s best to have a vehicle. There isn’t anything to do from our doorstep and we aren’t accessible with public transit. A rental car or using a taxi service is advised.

We are nestled in the forested hills in Lantzville, looking over Nanoose Bay. It is forested, quiet and peaceful. We have a few neighbours, but everyone lives far apart so there is lots of privacy.
