Guest access
Guests will have full access to the main and upper levels of the home, including all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry.

• Reserved parking at the back of the home for up to 2 vehicles
• Free street parking is also available nearby

Please note:
The finished basement is rented out separately and has its own private entrance. There is no access between the basement and the main house, ensuring complete privacy for all guests.

• Please remove outdoor shoes indoors
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 9 AM
• Early check-in / late check-out subject to availability ($50 early / $50 per hour late)
• No smoking or vaping inside ($250 minimum fee)
• Security cameras at exterior entrances for safety only
