The space
The house is a bungalow (i.e. not a basement apartment) with 3 bedrooms on the same floor. Plus one bedroom in the basement for you as well. The living room has a huge glass window that lets a ton of light into the living and dining areas. Enjoy the spacious fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and walk out to the private deck and backyard.

Each of the three bedrooms features a comfortable bed that can sleep 2 adults. Chair and a foldable desk available to serve your work from home needs. Overall you have 4 bedrooms at your disposal.

Guest access
Spacious driveway allows plenty of room for two cars to park. The backyard gate leads straight onto the beautiful Ash Creek Channel Trail. This trail will lead you to the Go station in 10mins on foot, or continue on to the Iroquois Park and Port Whitby Marina (20 - 30mins on foot or 6 min drive).

Core Downtown Whitby is 2km away; enjoy it's quaint restaurants, cafés and artisanal stores.
