Just 15 minutes drive from the Adriatic Sea and close to Gran Sasso, hiking trails, and scenic drives. Features 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with a 75" Smart TV, patio, private parking, and Wi-Fi. Guests also enjoy access to 2 beach umbrellas and 4 sun loungers on a private Adriatic beach. Perfect for families, couples, and nature lovers.
