🌅 The Swan Sands – Private Sunset Beachfront Escape
Relax at this 3-bedroom beachfront home on South Bay with direct west-facing sunsets. Enjoy a hot tub, barrel sauna, outdoor shower, canoe, lawn games, firepit, and BBQ. Explore local wineries, art galleries, and Picton’s latest restaurants. Visit Sandbanks Provincial Park, Lil' Bluffs, Long Point Bird Center, and more. Perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine and unforgettable views.

The space
Over 100ft of private waterfront. The water is 4ft in the bay and gets gradually deeper with a sand bottom.

There are a few/minimal stairs to get off the deck, one step to get into the house. Sand entrance into the water.

Guest access
There is a Hot Tub, Sauna, Canoe, Lawn Games and a BBQ.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher, microwave, reverse osmosis drinking water, cooking utensils, Barista Express Espresso and Coffee machine, dishware and spices.

Other things to note
There will be a digital binder provided with everything you'll need to know.

Lawn care may come to cut the grass quickly (15 mins).

Living so close to the water and nature, we use natural soaps wherever we can and encourage you to do the same.

This is a non-smoking property.
