Neighbourhood highlights

You will be in a quiet and very uncrowded residential area, east of Windsor/Tecumseh. With Lake St. Clair to the north, the area has beautiful waterfront properties and several public access points. Everyone in the area appreciates and respects the quiet environment. With a corner lot and a protected wooded area behind our property, you'll feel like you're in a luxury cottage - a hidden oasis, while being close to all the activities the area has to offer.

The Waterfront Trail, one of the many interconnected trails that crisscross the entire county, is just a short walk away. It is ideal for walks, jogs, hikes and bike rides, whether for a few minutes or several hours.

Paddle boarding and kayaking are just a few minutes (walking) away, close to the marina and the neighborhood square. The latter includes: supermarket/convenience store, delicatessen, coffee shop and pizzeria as well as other services such as dry cleaning and massages. You won't have to travel far to get all the necessities. A few minutes away, by bicycle or car, are three shopping centers, each with their large chain of grocery stores, restaurants and more.

A short drive away is North America's largest indoor golf center, with miniature golf, beach volleyball, lounge and licensed patio. Some activities are seasonal.

In season, discover the hidden apple orchard that is just minutes away... close enough for a nice walk. It is often open until mid-October or the end of October.

Then there is everything that Windsor, the county and Detroit offer: many excellent restaurants, casinos and their many activities, many vineyards, some local breweries and distilleries, a large indoor water park, etc. There is something for everyone. There's even a boat tour (in season).

We are well located to be your base camp and explore the area - the southernmost region of Canada, the Canadian tropics, or just to stay and relax in a chalet-like environment with a wooded area just behind our property, a heated pool and a hot tub. You could also see many migratory birds and butterflies (seasonal) without having to go to Point Pelee Park, which must be visited with its North 42 terminal and beaches (in season). You might be able to see wild turkeys, or even a deer, in our neighborhood.
