Comfortable suite in West Point Grey, right off 4th and Blanca. You're a 10-minute walk from the beach and Pacific Spirit Park, 2 minutes from bus stops, and 10 minutes to UBC by transit.

Great space for up to five, with two queen bedrooms plus a bonus nook that works as a kid's room, a 5th sleeping spot, or a quiet workspace. Full kitchenette, in-suite laundry, and shared backyard for guest use. A good base for families, work trips, or anyone who wants somewhere calm near the water and campus.

The space
Two bedrooms with queen beds, plus a small connected nook off the first bedroom with a twin bed and desk. One full bathroom.

The living room has a sofa, TV (with Netflix provided), and a counter with bar stools that doubles as casual dining or a laptop spot. The stocked kitchenette includes a stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and full-size fridge, plus cookware and tableware for everyday meals (no oven, per local short-term rental rules).

Other essentials: in-suite washer and dryer, WiFi throughout, radiator heating in the cooler months, and AC for warm summer days. The backyard is available for shared guest use, with a picnic table for outdoor coffee or evening drinks.

Guest access
The entire suite is yours during your stay. Entry is by lockbox at the door, with the code sent ahead of check-in. There's a dedicated parking spot directly in front of the suite entrance, and if you're travelling with extra vehicles, the driveway has lots of room and free street parking is available out front. No areas of your suite are off-limits, so make yourself at home.
