Please note that the suite is located in lower level. There is private entrance on the side of garage along with some stairs to going down.
Some noise due to nearby construction during business hours.
We live on-site and practice the piano for 30 minutes daily, typically before 9.00pm. Music usually ceases well before quiet hours start at 9:00 PM!

Our family moved to Canada nearly 7 years ago. We firstly lived in Saskatoon for more than 5 years and just relocated to Victoria 1 year ago. So far, we enjoy the weather and atmosphere in mountainous area like Bear Mountain, Langford. However, Saskatoon is always in our heat as the place with full of memory and fun. I have 2 kids, 13 years old and 9 years old. In our free time, my family likes go hiking or camping in summer time.
