Welcome to our cozy one-bedroom apartment on the first floor of a 150-year-old heritage home in downtown Charlottetown. Enjoy a private entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living space, and the charm of a historic home. You're within walking distance of restaurants, shops, the waterfront, and many of the city's top attractions - the perfect home base for exploring Prince Edward Island.

The space
The apartment occupies the entire first floor of our three-storey home, and you'll have the whole space to yourself during your stay. The home is located on a street corner, so you may hear some traffic, especially if you're a light sleeper.

We are pet-friendly and welcome well-behaved pets.

Please note that we have a cat in our household. During the off-season, when the apartment is not rented to guests, it serves as our living space, and our cat has full access to the unit. While the apartment is thoroughly cleaned before every reservation, guests with cat allergies should be aware that traces of pet allergens may remain.

Guest access
Guests will access the apartment through the back entrance of our home. The unit has a private entrance with keypad access for convenient self check-in.

The apartment is completely separated from the rest of the house by a locked interior door, ensuring privacy for both you and us throughout your stay. Once inside, you'll have the entire first-floor apartment to yourself.

Parking is available on the street. If your vehicle has enough ground clearance, you're also welcome to park in our backyard. Please note that access to the backyard requires driving over a raised curb from the street.

Other things to note
Our home is over 150 years old and is still undergoing ongoing restoration. While the apartment is clean, comfortable, and fully functional, you may notice some cosmetic imperfections or areas of the property that are still being improved. We appreciate your understanding as we work to preserve the character of this historic home.
