We had a great stay at Nuria and Salvador's apartment. It meets all of our criteria as travelers, above all the tranquility of the area and the apartment itself. Nuria and Salvador are simply the best hosts we have met. They are very hospitable and have thought of everything in the apartment to make us feel at home. In fact it felt like our second home and we would gladly return if there is an opportunity. The area itself is extremely quiet in winter time and the beach is just a stone's throw away. We would highly recommend the apartment to anyone looking for a long or short stay.

Genial y de lo mejor que he podido encontrar en relación calidad/precio. La única pega es que el garaje no estaba en el mismo edificio pero al menos tenía, así que genial.

The place is simply incredible. Peaceful surrounding, nature all around, amazing view, privacy and many beautiful places to visit within 20 minutes drive. We wanted peace and at the same time great location to drive around - was perfect. We loved having our own tapas and bbq with the sunset on the terrace. Ideal place to create great holidays! Absolutely recommended!!!

We have wonderful one month stay in the peaceful and sunny place. Easy take bus and train to everywhere. Mr. Antonio always reply my questions quickly and helpful. He pick us up at Cullera train station and introduce the house details for us. We feel sadly leave here because it's comfortable like our home. Thanks so much for Juan.

Schönes und grosses Appartements. Schöne Lage mit direkten Zugang zum Strand. Schöner Park mit Swimmingpool, Wiese und Kinderspielplatz. Appartement mit Fernseher über Antenne, deshalb FireTV-Stick oder ähnliches mit VPN für Deutsche empfehlenswert. Kommen gerne wieder.

Nous avons adoré le séjour. Appart très bien. Lit confortable. Tout nouveau et très fonctionnel. L'hôte est au petit soins. Vraiment très très sympha. Chouette vue, tranquil. Magasin a quelques mètres. Tout super. Accueil exceptionel. Merci

magnifique accueil, Mila est très reactive, j'ai l'habitude de voyager et je peux dire que l'appartement de Mila proposait tout ce dont j'avais besoin. superbe vue au calme, l'appartement est grand et la cuisine permet de cuisiner comme à la maison. un grand merci Mila.

Second time staying at this lovely finca. Quiet and chill environment. Hosts are very accommodating. Great locating for visiting the touristic seaside and quick access to the highway direction Benidorm/Alicante and Valencia/Denia/Xavea.

Besök gärna gamla stan i Denia! Där finns smala gränder med Cafeer och trevliga restauranger. Magasinet är en gata med "Street- Eood", mat från hela världen!

Fabulous apartment in the perfect t location for us in the Port area. spacious and immaculately presented. my only negative is that the sofa is not comfortable for us, I would prefer a regular sofa and maybe something like a couple of Ikea chairs for the seating area. that would be the only advice I could give to make this beautiful apartment even better.

L’appartement est très beau et moderne, il est très bien équipé on as tout ce qu’on as besoin, de plus les voisins ne font aucun bruit, l’airco est présent dans toute les chambres sauf la cuisine et la salle de bain le seul inconvénient c’est les 4 étages à monter avec les valises mais c’est faisable, l’hôte est très amicale et répond vite

Petites attentions à notre arrivée, super appartement au calme avec une belle vue, fonctionnel et confortable, super piscine, accès mer très proche, residence au calme et notre hote German bienveillant! Nous avons passé une super semaine!

We had a lovely stay at Jose Maria’s place. Unfortunately we were particularly unlucky with the weather but this would be an excellent place for a spring or summer holiday. I would recommend using a mosquito repellent when hanging out near the pool area.

Hemos ido un grupo de amigos a pasar un finde a Jávea y nos hemos alojado en el apartamento de Belén. El apartamento es bonito y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en Jávea, una lástima no haber podido disfrutar más del complejo ya que la piscina y el jardín son muy agradables. Belén ha estado siempre pendiente y nos ha facilitado todo.

Alles super! Lucía ist sehr freundlich und zeigt die Unterkunft und alle weiteren Annehmlichkeiten genau. Wir waren im Januar dort, daher schön ruhig. Empfehlenswert!

Huyendo de las fallas buscamos un lugar cerca del Verdeando Eco que es el mejor restaurante vegano de España y encontramos este apartamento. Fue visto y reservado. Y qué gran acierto. El tiempo no nos ha acompañado mucho pero con lo bien que hemos estado dentro de la casa ha merecido la pena. Ponernos hasta arriba comiendo y bebiendo en el Verdeando para luego volver a la casa calentita, al sofá y a hacer la siesta sin escuchar ni nun solo petardo y con el sonido de la lluvia. De película. Es una pena que no hayamos podido usar la piscina ni sacarle partido a la terraza por culpa del tiempo pero es que nos da igual, ha sido un lujo. Se han portado muy bien con nosotros con las instrucciones siempre bien claras y sin ningún problema. La próxima vez que volvamos a ver si tenemos más suerte con el tiempo y disfrutamos de las increíbles terrazas. Total, un 10.

Mar's apartment was exactly as advertised and we were delighted with it. It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable with lovely views over the pool area from a delightful terrace. Instructions on how to get there, plus masses of information on amenities within the apartment and complex, plus information on the local area, places to visit and restaurants to eat were just perfect. Mar was extremely responsive in all the communication we had and we really can't thank her enough for allowing us to enjoy a perfect visit to Denia and the Denia area as a whole. We would thoroughly recommend Mar's apartment and finally, it's proximity to the Marina, Port and Sea Front made it the ideal place to stay. Huge thanks! Don & Roberto

El apartamento es precioso no le hace falta ni un detalle , las zonas comunes como la piscina y jardines muy bien cuidados Lugar tranquilo para poder desconectar y pasar unas buenas vacaciones , de echo se nos ha echo hasta corta la semana que hemos estado Marina un encanto , super atenta en todo momento !! Excelente apartmento en Las Rotas equipado con todas las comodidades. El apartamento es moderno y comodo y todo estaba muy limpio. Muy buenas vistas y en general un sitio muy agradable, en una urbanizacion con piscina, pista de tenis y ping pong. Estuvimos muy a gusto todo el tiempo. Paula fue muy amable y nos espero para la recogida de las llaves. Repetiremos!
