Appartement très bien décoré et très bien équipé. Après une arrivée tardive ce fut un plaisir de pouvoir se détendre au calme. Les interactions avec Marc et les co-hôtes sont efficaces et l’équipe est toujours à disposition, c’est super. L’ensemble de l’appartement est fidèle à la description et aux de photos de l’annonce.

Our stay was short, but very comfortable. The room was very clean and exactly as described. The infinity pool is amazing! Mrs Gina was extremely helpful and overall it was a great experience

The place is in a very convenient location walkable on almost everything. Chona the host is very friendly and reactive to all our queries and concerns. Overall a nice relaxing place… definitely will book again in our next vacation in the cebu, Philippines. We had a great stay at Aileen’s place. She was very responsive, friendly and accomodating with our needs. She was considerate when we asked to stay for a few hours. The place is quiet, has balcony with great view, and had everything we need. We love that there are many coffee shops nearby. Highly recommend. 🫶🏻

We had a great stay. The residences are very new and clean. The area around can be a bit dark but there is still ongoing construction. However IT Park is very easy to walk to.

Excellent location. the apartment had everything we needed. Julie-An was great. The internet was down during our stay but that was related to the provider and not our host. We had cell reception and were fine without internet.

Stayed for a few nights and location is just perfect! So many restaurants around and it's right across a supermarket! Place is very secured and peaceful Gym and pool access is also available Highly recommend it!

I love the apartment and the location. The amenities are top notch h and the location can not be beat. Will stay here again for sure definitely a choice for longer stays.

From the day of booking, Dandin has been responsive. He loves to host, and it shows with his air bnb. My brother in law booked this place for 4 nights for himself, 3 kids, his wife (my sister), my father, my husband and myself. My father, husband and myself needed a place to stay a day before and after their stay, last minute, Dandin was able to accommodate us, no issues. His air bnb is well kept and clean, they came once to clean the dipping pool, which is a great plus! Upstairs there were 2 bedrooms and the master bedroom had an attached bathroom had a running hot shower, the living space had a smart tv to watch Netflix and YouTube. Downstairs was the living room, dining room, kitchen, dirty kitchen (with rice cooker) and one room with another bathroom that had a running shower. The total of 6 days in this air bnb made my stay in Bacolod much more comfortable. My family thanks you. When I am in Bacolod, I know where I’m booking next time.

The place is great and good to stay.. There is convinience store near at the property. There is also grab car nearby. but book ahead coz it may takes time at times to book grab. will highly recommend this place.

The hosts work very to make sure your stay is comfortable. We had a baby with us and they purchased a playpen for our use before we arrived. Amazing! The house is large. 4 comfortable large beds with AC in every room including the living room. The best equipped kitchen we have stayed in. Every appliance you can imagine including the elusive toaster! More spices than I have at home. All the little extras are provided. They even deliver the water so you don’t have to go get it. Very kind. Hot water that works in the shower. Laundry and food are walkable. There is a vegan restaurant across the street As I mentioned the hosts work very hard for you. They offer shuttle service for a reasonable fee. A large group could very comfortably stay here. I would stay here again for sure.

A large house in a secure, gated community. Host communicates well, self check in was easy. The only thing to note, 3rd bedroom with bunk beds is positioned as an extension of the master bedroom and doesn’t have a direct access (you have to go through master bedroom to get to it). Over all a decent house that I would happily recommend!

We loved everything about our stay! Our host was very responsive, the owner stopped by with gifts, the chef was amazing and so helpful with local things to do, the gals on staff were absolutely lovely! Our food was delicious, the beds were comfortable and all the amenities were exactly as described. One of our friends lost a son 5 years ago and he had served with the Marines in the Philippines. Seeing the base from Ikigai was very healing for her. Thank you so much! We give the highest of recommendation!

Ar's place is located near the airport and ideal if you are flying in or out during off-peak hours. The water pressure in the second floor bathroom can be improved but overall, the place is as described.
